Confidentiality & Special Concerns
Information disclosed in therapy sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to anyone without written permission from the client. However, where required by law, Willow Worx may be obligated to make information available.
Where information becomes part of your medical record in terms of Medical Aid claims, Willow Worx cannot be held responsible for the confidentiality of that information. Confidentiality cannot be guaranteed where information is shared in group sessions.

Willow Worx reserves the right to change or update this disclaimer notice, or any other of our policies or practices, at any time without notice. Any changes or updates will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Under certain circumstances, we may elect to notify you of changes or updates by additional means, such as posting a notice on the home page of our website or sending an e-mail. Delivery policy:
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, orders will be processed within 2-6 working days and delivery confirmed by way of email and/or phone call/sms/whatsapp message.
Delivery fees are calculated according to City, a Flat rate fee of R50 for deliveries in Johannesburg and a Flat rate fee of R100 for customers outside of Johannesburg.
Deliveries are carried out by the Willow Worx Team.
Because each day is unique and we can never predict what awaits us, we unfortunately can't guarantee delivery times. We will agree a specific date and time of delivery with the customer. If a customer confirms the delivery date and time and is then not available to accept delivery, the customer would incur an second delivery charge for re-delivery.

Products delivered and responsibility of customer:
Smoothies need be kept frozen and placed directly into a freezer on delivery.
Juices need to be placed into the fridge on delivery.
All beauty products need to be kept dry and out of direct sunlight and heat.

Refunds and returns Policy:
In the unforeseeable event that you might need to cancel or return your order due to an issue with the product, we will do our absolute best to make this process as easy as possible.
Notification of return of products may not be later than 3 days after the delivery date.
If the fault is not deemed to be ours, you will be liable for a R100.00 handling and collection fee which will be deducted from the refund.
We require the goods to be returned in their original undamaged packaging and smoothies are required to still be frozen.
Refunds will be deposited into your bank account within 10 business days after collection. is the customers responsibility to ensure banking details provided are correct.

Payment options accepted:
Payment may be made via our website using Visa and MasterCard. Electronic Funds Transactions are also accepted.

Product Disclaimer:
Please check the product ingredient list to ensure that you are not allergic to or have skin sensitivities to any of the ingredients. If you experience any sensitivity, redness or other adverse effect, discontinue use immediately.
Our hand blended Willow Worx beauty products contain oils (some may contain nut oils) and essential oils.
Smoothies may contain nuts.

Coupons:
Coupons are only redeemable for specific items.
Each coupon is valid for only one purchase session and only one coupon may be redeemed per person, per transaction.
Vouchers and/or coupons aren’t redeemable with any promotions.
Coupons are not transferable for cash.
We reserve the right to cancel orders placed if there has been misuse of the voucher or unsolicited voucher use.

Bookings
Initial sessions should to be booked via email to info@willowworx.co.za or telephonically on 082 920 5745. Subsequent booking can be made directly with practitioners.

Payments
All sessions can be paid either prior to the scheduled appointment or immediately after the consultation. If payment has not been received for the previous session then no further bookings can be made.

Session/Appointment Cancellation
In the event of you not being able to make your appointment, a 24 hour cancellation period is required, unless there are extenuating circumstance. Appointments not cancelled at least 24 hours beforehand will be charged for.
Where the client arrives late for their appointment, unfortunately cannot be extended beyond the agreed finish time, unless it has been agreed beforehand.
If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the agreed appointment, without notification, this will be considered a cancellation.
Where the Practitioner needs to cancel an appointment, this will be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment and a new appointment schedules at a time convenient to the Client.

Additional T&C and Consent Forms
Our individual Practitioners may have additional consent forms and terms of conditions that will be provided at or before the first appointment.
